Stephen C. Larkin, The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Larkin as President and Chief Executive Officer on November 30, 2012. In addition to his newly appointed offices, Stephen C. Larkin, serves as a Director and the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Since November 2010, Mr. Larkin has also served as a director and the President of Blue Ridge Group, Inc., and served as its Chief Financial Officer prior to his appointment as its President. Prior to joining the Company, from September 1998 until September 2007, Mr. Larkin served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Sensus Precision Die Casting, Inc. and President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sensus Rongtai (Yangzhou) Precision Die Casting, Ltd. (a Chinese subsidiary of Sensus Precision Die Casting, Inc.) and managed all aspects of the company. Mr. Larkin spent a total of 21 years with Sensus Metering Systems, Inc. (parent company to Sensus Precision Die Casting, Inc.) in positions ranging from Controller and Chief Financial Officer of one of its divisions (for seven years), to Vice President of Operations (for four years) and then finally with Sensus Precision Die Casting Company as its President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to that, Mr. Larkin spent almost six years with Ernst and Young, LLP both in the Lansing, Michigan office and the Tampa, Florida office and held the position of Senior Manager-Auditing when he left. Mr. Larkin earned a B.A. degree from Michigan State University in Accounting in 1981, a Master of Business Administration degree from Michigan State University in Operations Management in 1989 and an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire in International Business in 1997. Mr. Larkin became a Certified Public Accountant in May 1982 in the State of Florida.


Travis N. Creed, serves as Senior Vice President of the Managing Member, Bayou City Exploration, Inc. Mr. Creed holds degrees from Westminster College and the University of Arkansas School of Law. In addition to the practice of law, Mr. Creed has owned an electrical contracting company, a mortgage trading company and a real estate development company. He has experience in banking, including founding and serving as President of Pinnacle Resources, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pinnacle Bank in Little Rock, Arkansas. Following the sale of Pinnacle Bank to Bancorp South, Mr. Creed spent three years as a Senior Vice President of American Portfolio Mortgage Company, Inc. (APMC) a Chicago based mortgage trading company. After resigning from APMC in late 2004, he formed the mortgage trading company, Avalar, LLC, in Little Rock, Arkansas. In November 2007, Mr. Creed accepted the position of Senior Vice President of Blue Ridge Group, Inc. in Bowling Green, Kentucky. While with Blue Ridge, Mr. Creed established the first “Opportunity Fund” in 2008 to purchase performing residential mortgage loans. He serves as portfolio manager for all Funds and has been responsible for the purchase of approximately 27 million dollars in performing loans to date. He remained with Blue Ridge until September of 2013 when he resigned to accept the Senior Vice President position at Bayou City Exploration, Inc. where he also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors


Clarke H.Willey, serves as Senior Marketing Manager for the Bayou City Exploration Opportunity Funds. Mr. Willey attended Northfield Mt. Hermon and holds a BS of Landscape Architecture with a minor in Regional Planning from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Mr. Willey has performed a career that encompasses 30 years in Residential, Commercial and Master Planned Golf Course Community Development. During this time, he has built experience performing as a Civil Project Manager, Architect, Landscape Architect, Builder, Contractor and Small Business Owner focusing on the Restoration, Investing and flipping of distressed properties and mortgages. His experience also includes a 15 year Career in Corporate Business-to-Business sales working for companies such as ADS, Integrated Logistics, RL Carriers and serving as a business consultant to companies looking to develop a formal sales process to aid their sales effort. In the Winter of 2005, while working in Williamsburg, Virginia, Mr. Willey experienced first-hand the fall-out of the housing market crash while employed as a Land Development Project Manager for Centex Homes. In November 2006, Mr. Willey moved to Bowling Green Kentucky and built Absolute Painting and Contracting, a Residential Restoration Company. Following the sale of Absolute Painting and Contracting in 2010, Mr. Willey spent three years as Vice President of sales for TPM, a Kentucky Environmental Consulting and Engineering Company. In June of 2013, he resigned from TPM to accept the position of Senior Marketing Manager at Bayou City Exploration, Inc. where he currently serves.


Kathy R. Bell is the Executive Assistant/Public Relations Manager for Bayou City Exploration, Inc. Mrs. Bell has been actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the Opportunity Fund Programs since their inception in 2008. Mrs. Bell has twenty-seven years of office management experience, including positions as real estate title clerk, legal secretary and public relations manager. Mrs. Bell joined the Blue Ridge Group in January of 1998 serving many roles including the support of both the Blue Ridge Group and Bayou City Exploration Opportunity Fund Programs. Under her tenure, the Opportunity Funds experienced tremendous growth. In December 2013, Kathy Bell resigned her position at Blue Ridge and joined Bayou City so that she could focus on Bayou City Exploration programs.
